Two resistance sessions a week, thirty minutes each, using whatever equipment the hotel gym holds, preserves muscle mass and metabolic health more effectively than an ambitious programme abandoned after two trips.
Decision fatigue destroys nutrition on the road. A fixed, protein-forward breakfast removes one daily decision and stabilises appetite through a day of unpredictable meals.
Hospitality can change how care feels. It should never change what care is.
Cabin humidity below twenty per cent produces mild dehydration on most long flights. Five hundred millilitres per flight hour, and restraint with alcohol and caffeine in the air, prevents most of the associated fatigue.
Whatever else moves, keep one anchor constant: wake time, breakfast or training. A single fixed point gives the circadian system something to organise around.
