By using this website or engaging Averdeno services you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or our services.

Not medical advice

Content on this website is general information for education. It does not constitute medical advice, does not create a physician-patient relationship and must not be relied upon in place of consultation with a qualified clinician.

Emergencies

Averdeno does not operate an emergency department. In a medical emergency in Canada, call 911 or attend the nearest hospital emergency department immediately.

Services and fees

Averdeno provides private services outside provincial health insurance coverage. Fees are quoted in Canadian dollars before treatment. Additional clinically necessary services are agreed in writing before they are provided.

Appointments and cancellation

Appointments cancelled with less than twenty-four hours' notice may be charged. Recovery stays and medical tourism itineraries are governed by the cancellation schedule in your written quotation.

Patient responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate medical history, disclose current medications and allergies, and follow agreed treatment plans. Incomplete information materially affects clinical safety.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for clinical negligence, which is governed by Canadian law and covered by professional liability insurance. Liability arising from use of this website is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Disputes fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ontario courts.
