Wellness programmes
Stress, sleep, nutrition, fitness and mindfulness protocols built for executives, performers and hospitality professionals whose schedules make conventional health advice unusable.

Eight programme areas
Two-night home monitoring, circadian mapping and a written protocol for shift patterns, jet lag and late finishes.
Heart-rate-variability testing, cortisol profiling and breath-based down-regulation training you can use before a board meeting or a stage call.
The flagship programme: assessment, coaching and quarterly review for leaders who cannot afford unplanned health events.
Dietitian-designed plans that survive room service, banquet menus and 02:00 finishes, with metabolic testing to set real targets.
Kinesiologist-led strength and conditioning programming built around hotel gyms and unpredictable travel windows.
Evidence-based attention and recovery training, taught in short sessions rather than retreats nobody has time for.
On-property programmes for resort employers: screening days, shift-work education and manager training.
A dedicated track for floor staff, dealers, performers and security teams working sustained overnight rotations.

How a programme is built
Every wellness programme starts with objective measurement. If we cannot measure it at intake, we do not promise to improve it.
Bloodwork, body composition, heart-rate variability, sleep tracking and a structured lifestyle interview.
A physician and kinesiologist write a protocol with weekly actions, sized to the hours you genuinely have.
Sessions on site, at your hotel gym or remotely, with a therapist who knows your schedule.
Repeat measurement at six and twelve weeks with written adjustments.
Sleep, the resort district problem
Sleep is the single most common complaint we hear from both guests and staff in entertainment districts. It is also the most tractable.
Programme formats
A single-day intensive: assessment, two coaching sessions, SPA circuit and a written twelve-week protocol.
Our most complete wellness engagement: full assessment, weekly remote coaching and two in-person reviews.
On-property programmes for resort employers, priced per cohort of up to forty employees.
