Averdeno is deliberately not a hospital. We cover the nine areas that account for the overwhelming majority of what visitors and executives require, and we refer transparently for everything else.
First contact for anything unexpected during a stay: infections, injuries, medication continuity, travel illness and second opinions. Forty-five minutes with a physician who reads your history before you sit down.

Accredited partner laboratory with priority processing. Most standard panels are reported within four hours, hormone and specialised assays within 24 to 72 hours.

A standard Averdeno consultation is nearly three times the Canadian average. That time is not decoration — it is where history is taken properly, where examination is unhurried, and where the plan is explained until it is understood.
Private entrance, no shared waiting area. Your file is already open and your imaging already loaded.
A structured review of symptoms, background, medication and the realities of your travel schedule.
Physical examination with point-of-care investigations performed in the same room where possible.
Findings, options and a written plan, including what to do if something changes after you fly home.
Executive health check
Designed to fit between a morning arrival and an evening event. Bloodwork on arrival, physician assessment, cardiac screening and a written summary before you leave the building.
The full assessment, including imaging and specialist input, with lunch served in a private lounge and a debrief with two physicians.
For boards, executive teams and production companies. Screening runs in parallel across multiple suites so a group of twelve completes assessment in a single day without leaving the resort district.

Clinic FAQ
Yes. You can request cardiology, orthopaedics or any other department directly, though our intake team will confirm it is the appropriate starting point and may suggest a general assessment first.
We prioritise scheduled appointments to protect consultation length, but the concierge desk holds daily capacity for urgent same-day requests from guests already in the district.
With your written consent we send a full clinical report, imaging and laboratory data to any physician you nominate, anywhere in the world.
Averdeno physicians prescribe within Canadian regulations. Prescriptions can be filled at partner pharmacies and delivered to your resort accommodation.
If a case requires hospital care, we arrange the transfer, send our records ahead and remain in contact throughout. Our concierge team accompanies international guests where language support is needed.
Fees are quoted before treatment. We accept major cards and bank transfer, and issue itemised invoices suitable for private and corporate insurance claims.
