Week −6
Enquiry and records
You send existing reports and imaging through our encrypted portal. A physician reviews whether the plan is appropriate before anything is booked.
Week −5
Clinical proposal
A written plan with treatment options, day-by-day scheduling, total duration and a firm quotation in Canadian dollars.
Week −3
Logistics
Hotel, transfers, interpreter and recovery accommodation confirmed. Travel dates finalised around the clinical window.
Day 0
Arrival
Met at the airport, escorted to your resort accommodation, and seen by your physician within the first twenty-four hours.
Days 1–10
Treatment
Care delivered on the agreed schedule, with the coordinator adjusting logistics whenever the medicine requires it.
Departure
Handover
Fitness-to-fly assessment, medication supply, discharge report and direct contact with your physician at home.
Week +4
Remote follow-up
A scheduled video review, with imaging or laboratory repeated locally and interpreted by our team.

Yes, and we do so regularly. If your case can be managed equally well at home, our review will say so before you spend anything on travel.
Clinical findings sometimes redirect a plan. Your coordinator re-sequences appointments, extends accommodation and revises the quotation transparently before proceeding.
We advise on timing, seating and fitness to fly, and work with your own travel agent or airline. We do not sell flights or take commission on them.
Yes. Companion arrangements are part of every itinerary, including recovery suite accommodation and access to the wellness floor.
Canadian emergency services attend and we coordinate directly with the receiving hospital, providing records, interpreting and family communication throughout.
